I personally like the PS3 better. I am not a fanboy though. But when the games are multiplatform the 360 looks better because more people will buy it on the 360. However if you look at PS3 exclusives the PS3 will obviously look better. Like for example MGS4 looks alot better than most of 360 games, the fact that it could not fit on the PS3's 50 gb disc and they had to compress the graphics and Killzone 2 looks a hell alot better than Call of Duty 4. But again multiplatform 360 wins, exclusives PS3 wins.
