Box art is extremely important. It may not look like it, but people would rather buy a game with a great cover to a crappy one... Looks do matter (don't get me wrong, the inside is also important too)

I've been skeptical about Gamespot reviews since The Last of Us. I still read the reviews but most of them aren't really fair... This and Killzone Shadow Fall are launch games that I believe are underrated...
