@JEF8484: My copy was a physical one delivered a day early by UPS. Your digital copy should have the patch included since it's a preload. Also when I installed the game with the internet disconnected the size was like 45-46 GB, but it reads at being over 50 with the patch.

For anyone wondering about the size of the day one patch. I received my copy early (this morning around 9:30 AM ET) and the size on Xbox One is 10.23 GB.
