A Street Fighter Alpha 4 is the dumbest sh!t imaginable. Why would you even think that is necessary? Sorry bro, but it's not 1997 anymore, so you're a little late to be asking for another Alpha game. We already got SF3 which moved the series forward in the right direction, and the idiot fanbase like you didn't get the memo on that. Why would you go backwards in time to Street Fighter Alpha 4 when the lore has come all this way, and we've developed superior fighting mechanics? Besides, there is already a SFA4. It just got it's name changed to STREET FIGHTER IV to make us think the series was actually moving forward. Street Fighter IV ~IS~ Street Fighter Alpha 4 without the name.
Nah, I'm okay with them prolonging the life of this game until SF5 because it is still my favorite of the new fighting games, and I still will continue to play it for many more years until SF5. I still prefer it to SFXT and MVC3. It's still not as good as Third Strike, though.

'We don't have enough money to make the game the way every other fighting game is made, so we're going to ... make the game the way every fighting game is made ... and then charge you extra to pick and choose, or let you buy everyone for... a "discounted price" (the standard price).' Then no doubt even more characters will be added, giving them a little more profit. It's a totally planned marketing snare preying on mindless consumer fanboys which they realized they could get away with it when they seen what Capcom has done, and going by all the general DLC people have been buying since DLC became "DLC."
It's pretty sickening, and I'm already not going to buy an Xbox One no matter what game comes out. It absolutely doesn't matter to me. It could be any game I ever dreamed of, and I wouldn't buy it. It's pretty obvious already that the Xbox One is one of the biggest industry mistakes ever made, and is hopefully going to cost Microsoft a ton of money.
That trailer is a farce. I couldn't help but crack up. A game where you sit on your ass eating popcorn and watching while the other opponent juggles you throughout the whole round with an announcer on cocaine and steroids forcing excitement into the ridiculous spectacle. Sure it looks cool, and it must be fun for the person dealing the damage, but looking at it competitively, I can imagine it being a total flustercuck. Imagine how cautious each player will be before attacking, and how boring the game will be while you just wait for your turn to stop being hit. I thought SFXT was bad, but I know already KI has always been the worst at this, and one of the reasons I've never really respected it as a fighter. Don't talk to me about C-C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKERS!! It doesn't change anything I said. The game looks like the biggest and prettiest mess of a game ever made.
Also, the graphics should look way better than that, imo. Considering what the original KI was like for its time, and what Soul Calibur did for its time ... I sort of feel like it should be the same kind of thing. If these are what next-gen games look like, then why are we calling it the next generation? Looks about like what we already have now.
This Lego game sh*t needs to stop; and kids need to growing a f**king imagination, and make up their own stories and characters with their Lego toys like the rest of us did.
I was playing MvC Origins, and I was hoping they would do this very thing. I am so pleased. Consider this purchased by me if I'm still alive in early 2013.Now if they would just bundle "X-Men: Children of the Atom" with "X-Men vs. Street Fighter," and "Street Fighter Alpha 2" with "Street Fighter Alpha 3" I can die contented.
