Maybe it is bad voice acting because it's Russian game that's originally created on Russian language and than translated to English with Russian English speakers of course. I would like to see American games translated to Russian, Polish, German, Chinese maybe. Think that this voice acting would be disaster. Main problem is that people from US and UK think that everything has to be on perfect English language specially and exclusively prepared for them. Because of that I love Russian games even more, and would really like that they put some US enemies in game. So far, noticed that they're really cautious with choice of enemies in games. Probably because US public is very sensitive if someone kills virtual US soldier. Just look reactions for Chinese game "Glorious Mission". Hypocrites.
