@KungfuKitten: Yeah I'm glad that some of the major game review sites are redoing their review on Warframe. The game has changed a lot for the better and the low metacritic score it has currently is doing it injustice.
@cherub1000: Yes Warframe is viable solo. Assuming you're powerful enough and have the appropriate frame and gear for the missions you want to solo. One of the things people in Warframe forget to bring up is specters. Specters are ally AIs you can deploy in mission to aid you. The most useful specters are warframe specters. You can craft warframe specters based on whatever warframe and weapon loadout you have. Their level of power depends on the level of the mission and the rank of the specters. You can buy the lowest rank Warframe specter blueprint (Vapor Spector) with credits and all others can be obtained by killing all the wardens in a rescue mission.
It is best to equip your specter with your most powerful unmodded weapons as mods don't apply to them and they have unlimited ammo. If you tell them to hold position they'll never have to reload and just keep firing non stop. It's also best to make your specter something you'd need. For example I use a Trinity Specter as it can heal me and give me energy. It's also able to stay alive a lot longer than other specters since it can heal itself and its link ability reduces damage done to it. So if you have Trinity I recommend you use her for at least vapor specters as in my experience she is very handy even when you're not soloing. I've deployed her a couple of times in high level survival and defense missions when my team was starting to get overwhelmed and she helped us get a fighting chance.
My second recommendation is Chroma. He's very tanky and his specter version often uses his 4th ability so you basically have 2 allies on the field helping you, also his 2nd ability will partially heal you if you're in range.
My third is Octavia since she is a very OP frame ability wise as her 1st and 2nd ability draw away enemy attention as they keep attacking it the amount of damage her 1st ability does continues to increase. Her 4th ability also gives you at least a 200% damage buff. She also has a passive that gives you energy over time for 30 seconds every time she cast an ability.
You can also craft health and energy deployables to give yourself (and allies) health and energy.
I'd also recommend you mod your beast companion and sentinels well. They can help you do extra damage and heal you not to mention draw away some of the enemy fire from yourself.
@realguitarhero5: A lot of gun deaths in America are attributed to suicide by gun. The torture may be fantasy but people killing themselves with guns is far from fantasy.
This is a game series so brutal were we've seen a guy kill himself by blowing his brains out with a shotgun after enduring unspeakable torture yet somehow smoking is too far.
@ticktockman1979: Just because you don't use the features doesn't mean tons of other people don't and they clearly do. Epic Store doesn't even have cloud saves FFS.
