I don't mind yearly releases, as long as the release is worth it. If there's new content, I'm more than happy to buy it, but if it's a simple rehash which you can easily tell the company took the easy way out when making it, then I normally won't buy it.
@ilantis Actually I think he means the "quick time" aspect which they added in. For example if you're hanging off the edge of the building it will pause the game where the other player gets to pick what type of attack to use to knock you off; however at the same time you can pick a counter. If you beat them in the "rock paper cissors," then they fall off instead, but if you lose, you fall off.
@Animatronic64 You know that Nintendo already announced that there will be both 3DS and Wii U versions of games right? For example, Super Smash Bros 4 will be released on both the Wii U and 3DS, and both versions will be able to connect to eachother. Also don't forget that about a year ago connection data was found in Super Street Fighter 4 3D.
@guitarist1980 Actually them can be turned off, but still. The game doesn't meet the Ninja Gaiden standards. However the trials and online gameplay modes are both challenging and fun. Not worth 60 bucks, but they're still fun game modes.
