Like many others, I hope motion controlling is optional. I can't see it not being present, but that is what distanced me from my previous Nintendo love. I don't want to play games that require me to bounce around and flail about, after spending hours at the gym each week already. I just want to sit down, relax and play a game, clutching a controller between my hands. Some of the current Wii titles can have you break out in a sweat and is a good enough workout in their own right, but that's not what I play games for. Nintendo is what I grew up with. Their consoles from the NES to the N64 are what made me a gamer. They are probably the only company that can get me a bit more away from the PC gaming and back to a console again as well, if they do the controller right. Looking forward to future coverage on this new console.
