Well, it all depends on the types of games you like to play. If you liked FFXII, I would recommend you to get FFXI since the gameplay and battle system pretty similar so you would feel at home. WoW, I really can't say something about it, since I have never played it but if you played a game like the MMO like the one of LotR then you would probably like Wow.
Vossler is really great for attacking power, but my favorite was Larsa. Even if for a moment he looked like a girl to me, and it was mostly for the infinitive hi-potions and well because of that I didn't have to use cure too much or my own potions.
Street Fighter Alpha 3 would be a better choice than Street Fighter 2 Turbo, on my account I would get them both but it really depending on your likes of fighting games.
Not sure about the second one, but for the first one, definitely not. Trust me, it is not that good of a game, Budokai 3 even got a higher rating than the first one of Tenkaichi.
