With random encouters I mean in games like FF8 you walk 5 feet and bam! yet another random battle, you beat them, walk 5 feet and bam! another 2 of those stupid monsters are in your way. Was that of any help?
I recently bought a PS2 (I'm always a few years behind on consoles) and I'm looking for a RPG that doesn't have random encouters because they frustrate me so much that I probably won't finish the game. Thanks in advance!
Oh my god! Hahahaha, well how funny is this? We here in Europe allready have Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon! I think that's actually the first time we get a good game on the DS first :D
Well Chrono Trigger seems like a great choice since a lot of people call it the best RPG ever.
Personally I recommend you the game Soul Bubbles, it's a very fun, cute, little game where you have to guide spirits in a bubble safely through a level. It's fully stylus controlled so if you don't like that you shouldn't get it, but if you do, get it, the controls are great and the enviremonts beautiful.
The World End With You is firmly stuck in mine! What an engaging story, and I love Neku's personality, I really hate Beat though, ugh, he's so annoying! I'm halfway through week 3 and really excited to see the end :D
