Lol. Was reading this article whilst listening to the Deux Ex: HR main theme. Made reading it scary and interesting at the same time. Must do it again for the next technological article :)

Yeah, many in previous comments, including me, agree :) Still it is hard to put all of them in a short show

I really like this show. But yes, not mentioning the Jeff Gerstman fiasco has me scratching my head a bit, especially since this video is coming from Gamespot. I may not always agree with Jeff's reviews, but i do trust them more.

I also know all seems to be well with Jeff and gamespot now, but the reason why some of us think conspiracy can exist is because it has appeared to be in the past, and even if it may not exist now, it always could be in the future right? If we are not careful anyway..

Love tabletop RPG's. Role playing in a truer form since you actually role play :) Wish I had more friends to play RPG's with.

In computer games the term 'RPG elements' seem now to mean a level up system and skill trees...which I like also. But I think designing an game environment where you actually roleplay is harder to do on computer RPG's since role playing involves a lot of dialogue improvisation, which is more fun than dialogue choices :)

Boardgames outside of monopoly i'm less familiar with, but thanks to Will Wheaton's tabletop show I feel i can enjoy them also in a vicarious way :)

Love this epsiode of the Point. I bet it would be fun to watch Johnny play tabletop RPGs with his mates or the GS UK guys if they recorded it and uploaded somewhere :)

A lot of people like Riptide, for the same resons it got a lower score, because of more of the same gameplay, which is not a bad thing imo if you really reallly reallly enjoyed the gameplay.

Haven't played it myself but personally I think the developers made the right choice to stick to exactly same mechanics as previous games.

Would have totally liked an open world game where I can drive my batmobile around Gotham city lol

My game of the decade :) First Deus Ex would be my game of the previous decade :) And yes I would still prefer Invisible War than many other First person games i've played. I'm glad Kevin Van Ord thinks Invisible War gets a bad rap :D

@jark888 Overanalysing here, But i'd suspect the gun industry provides more value for the economy of the US. And more high position government people with stakes in gun industry than game industry? just guessing, I have no real idea..

lol at how unapologetically honest he is with his decisions and the reasons behind them.

Japanese can get away with saying almmost anything.

I'd never see a western developer, at this age in the gaming industry when sexism is a big issue, ever admit his design choices to be erotic. He'd be panned by almost all the vocal critics I think.

and lol again at designing characters for cosplay and figurine sales.
