I've tried cleaning the cache, but it didn't help.

I'm at the part where Governer Marley gets kidnapped and you get a note. I went inside the Scumm bar and talked to the chef. When i came out, the game Autosaved and I read the note. When I had read the note i saved the game and it froze. Guybrush just stands there, but the waves still move and I can still hear the sound. If I load up either save, the game is still frozen. What can I do? i don't want to start a new game.

I've just turned on my 360 and one red light flashed on it and an error message came up. I turned it off and then back on again and it is working fine, but I know it's gonna happen again. I've read online that it's most likely a hard drive failure. I could buy a new hard drive, it's just a case of getting my stuff off the old one and onto the new one, does anyone know how I can do this? Has anyone else experienced this? If so any advice would be appreciated. I daren't switch it off lol!
