This is one of my favorites. I never got tired of stabbing people with the wrist blade. I'll agree there is repetitiveness, but the story line is what drove me the most. I wanted to see what was going to happen next after I killed a main target. I thought the sci-fi element was incredible.

Both of those games are way over rated. You need to get History Channel:Battle for the Pacific! This game will last you way longer than Gears or Mass Effect. It didn't get a lot of attention, but it's worth it.

I thought the warner bros pack with Linkin Park and the Used was awesome. Anyway, I was undecided about GH3 or Rock Band and it finally came down to "I love having a guitar in my hands and I don't like to hear people karoke who can't sing in the first place", so I bought GH3. It gets pretty hard but I've enjoyed it since day one. If you have anyone come over your house at all, get it. It's a great party game.

I prefer RPGs over FPS. Knowing your going to have to stick with a game for 40+ is commitment, and once your finished you get a sense of accomplishment. You can't really get that from a FPS since they are so short. FPS are second on my list for MP and that wow factor. Oblivion combined both genres for one of the greatest game ever made.

After spending 120+ hours on this game. IT'S A DEFINITE BUY. It's one the greatest RPGs ever, IMO. This and GofW was the reason I bought a 360.
