yeah, thats the impression i got, im pretty sure they stated it would be released by the middle of august, but from the looks of things, the beta was primarly british users, so i dont know whats going on? haha
yeahhh, false alarm, it comes up for 3 seconds and stops and just says "ready" on the status bar...guess i got too excited because i missed it, haha. it sucks when you have a set scheduled job and miss all that cool stuff, makes me wish i still lived at home and was in high school to sit in front of my computer screen all day waiting for it, haha
sony press conference is up for stream now just in case anyone didnt know and missed it due to work like i did, haha, just figured id let people know who were surfing around waiting for it.
i was wondering if anyone else noticed the xbox freezing durin assasins creed. and did you notice when he made it past the first set of gaurds when he threw a gaurd off the build, the gaurd fell even with the building he was standing on? and they kept trying to crack jokes and the crowd was dead silent, haha.
i play on a 720p, no problems. 1080p just has a tighter resolution and slower frame rate, no need to spend all the money, unless you do alot of video playback i guess.
