I had the same problem but i found out that i still had to go to NY and buy the tools for Big Dave in order to make the knife for Norris. Once i did that the missions picked back up again
As you get farther in the game certain enemies have a certain way you must attack/defend to defeat them. Some you have to "break defense" first to open them up to attack. Others you have to wait for them to attack and you have to then disarm or throw them depending on the attacker. Once you figure out each type of enemy then it becomes no problem
If the game wasn't so flippin glitchy, it would be one of my favorite games of all time. I really hope Ubi gets on patching it all up and releasing an update soon bc lots of people are giving up on the game
I typically do the air assassinations, but i believe you can run at a couple of soldiers side by side and do a tackle with your hidden blades like you do on the Final Chase of Charles Lee.I haven't tried it again but maybe that works?
