I don’t know about projectors, but I can say that I have an LG 55UH850V Smart 3D 4k Ultra HD HDR 55" LED TV that came with two free pairs of ‘Passive’ 3D spectacles. For my TV one may also purchase, as an extra, two pairs of 'special glasses' that, instead of viewing in 3D, permits one person to view their game on their console screen at the same time as their opponent sees their game. Both in 2D of course. They each see their own game screen on the same telly.

I don’t know the details, but I have a feeling that you may be better off buying an LG. Any display you buy must, of course, support 3D.

P.S. I got my LG in a sale for only £899.

I think support for the PS3 could last longer than one might think. Why? Because the PS4 can't play PS3 games and there's still millions of people, like me, who have loads of PS3 games and still enjoy playing them.

Owning a PS3 hasn't stopped me buying a PS4 or any of its games, so I guess there's no real reason for Sony to drop the PS3. Two cash cows are better than one.

Hi everyone

I have just tried to add a comment to an item on Gamespot that was sent to me as an email. Even though I was already logged in to Gamespot with my current web browser, the link in my Mail program sent me to a completely separate web page on which my only option was to click a big red button to 'Upvote'.

I don't necessarily want to 'UpVote' it. I merely want to comment, maybe even 'Downvote it' (although not necessarily).

So I guess my question is why can't I do anything but 'Upvote'?

As for Uncharted, I've got U3.  I've also just discovered the 3d aspect of that game too.

UC 4 or The Last of Us?  - I don't mind as long as both games are either as good as, or better than, the Uncharted 3 which to my mind, the 3D aspect is absolutely brilliant when viewed via my PS3 and my LG Cinema 3D D2343 23" Monitor.

Sometimes it will also want to check and rebuild the desktop file too. Says it may take a while so, if you get this, don't panic.  It can take several hours but usually it will work afterwards. I get these things happen to my PS3 every couple of months. Something to do with cosmic rays and quantum mechanics I believe.
