60$ to buy the game, 60$ for Xbox Live, and a FEE if your Brother, Sister, Wife or anyone else in the family wants to play the game you bought. You cant even play the other two generations of games you bought so you will likley have to download those from the store which you know they will sell online.

I currently have a 3ds and a psp vita, and to be honest ive played 3 games for the 3ds that ive really enjoyed whereas for the vita there hasn't even been 1.  Heres a list for both:

Vita:

psp+

persona4

wipeout 2048

little deviats

battle stars royale

 

3ds:

OoT

shinobi

mario kart

tales of the abyss

starfox

 

The only game I really enjoyed for my vita was mutant blobs.  I have gotten really far in persona 4 but the game is so freaking repetitive and boring that I force myself to play it just so I can say my money wasn't wasted.  The battle music especially, makes me want to punch a hole in my wall and smash my vita.

I havent even opened up little deviants or wipeout (original packaging still)

For the 3ds yes it also lacks games and even though OoT is a port, i enjoyed it again, surprisingly enjoyed an unknown game like shinobi, loved mario kart enough to play a few games online, had an alright time with tales of the abyss(better than persona IV).  Starfox I didn't enjoy that much.  

 

Right now I just want some reassurance that the vita isn't a waste of potential, and there are good games that are coming out for it.  Not hardcore games, just games that are fun to play.  I will try out need for speed for the vita and hope for the best.
