@ GeigerdolylWodd The greatness of multiplayer first person shooters is that, essentially, it is impossible to play the exact same game twice. You play with different people. You make different choices. Skill between players always varies. Playing online is always at least just a little bit different each time you play. This means there is an infinite amount of "endings" (so to speak) for each game. What you are proposing would take away from the glory of online gaming (the fact that the possibilities ARE infinite) and give it a very finite number. And the reason you would be giving it a finite number of possibilities is because you want a specific, pre-orchestrated "scene" to occur at the end of each battle depending on what the players "do" and you want the game to "change" also based on what happens and you want it to tell a story. Well, if that were the case, there would be a finite number of scenes and it would get redundant extremely fast. If you want a story in multiplayer that badly, I would suggest using your imagination and try harder to immerse yourself in the battle. Treat each round like you're living it in your head, and that's as close to realistically achieving what you're asking. Also, you could just play a campaign or just watch a movie since they're actually meant to tell a story.
