I'm having trouble with downloading the latest patch for Borderlands 2. I have just bought the game last week. Whenever I start the game, it asks if I would like to download the latest patch for BL 2. The patch is about 550+ mb so it's quite big. Whenever I download the patch, when it finishes, the system would say something like "This file is corrupt" and then if you click "ok", the system would restart. When I look at the game menu at the XMB, I see a file labeled "Corrupted Data" and so I delete it. When I try to run the game again, the prompt to download the latest patch still appears. All of this has happened thrice now.

I can play the game without downloading the patch but of course, I would like to download the latest patch. Anyone know how to fix this problem? I have already tried "Restore File System" and "Rebuild Database" but this has not fixed anything.
