@bloodbornelore: LMAO that makes it worse to still have such a high gross, like the opposite of supporting your argument. Do you know which direction numbers go in??
@jenovaschilld: that's exactly what it is. article after article confirms Disney the one acting wrong, while most comments have been against Scarjo. because, y'know it's easy to hate rich people and even easier to hate a rich woman.
@dlist4ever:that's a pretty comprehensive take and I agree with much. except I do love classic gaming - 16 bit era is still one of my most played. but on GB I'm like, it's just me, 1 bad guy and 2 ledges onscreen at a time - thats barely platforming. real estate requires too many gameplay element sacrifices so I truly think GB is in a league of its own with that.
I do understand that. As mentioned I lived through it. But I don't see any modern appeal in revisiting most of these titles which tend to be categorically outclassed. If you're not on an actual Gameboy, there's little reason to settle for GB games
Is it a hot take to find Gameboy categorically irrelevant? Mind you I'm a classic gamer born in '82. I just think Gameboy/Color are bottom rung; NES but worse graphics and almost zero usable screen real estate. The latter I find crippling.
@molinars: Failing to participate in something does not equal "throwing shade." She insulted the franchise in which quote exactly? All of her stated reasons are process-oriented.
