@zintarr: The Witcher 3 had twice the budget and two-thirds the production cost, being located in Poland. It's hardly a fair comparison. The problem with ME: A is a budget far too low for what they tried to accomplish, and a team for whom this is their first AAA title (this isn't Bioware Edmonton's work, but Bioware Montreal's, a very different and much less experienced group of people). The low budget, and inexperienced team can all be attributed to EA. EA simply doesn't understand games development, unfortunately.
Must be fun living with a brain so far removed to the right that you think invading other countries without ANY reason is justified. I guess you'd be ok with Russia and China invading the US for the lulz then.
Civ Beyond Earth and Dragon Age Inquisition are definetly the ones I'm looking forward to. Never heard of The Longest Journey, might be worth giving that a try.
Inquisition was first delayed for an entire additional year, and that was one of the best delays in my book. Very soon after the delay was announced, Bioware explained the delay in the best way possible - they gave us a bunch of new content. And by a bunch I really mean the inclusion of three entire additional races and two additional voice-overs for the protagonists. That alone renewed my shaken faith in Bioware, and has definitely removed one of DAII's worst characteristics - it's decision to make humans the only playable race.
Is it dirty and filthy of me to want the witcher 3 to not be that holy grail of RPG gaming everyone is saying it will be? I'm just annoyed by all the people talking about the game as if it's the second coming of jesus.
Yeah, it's crappy to wish for a game to be a let down.....
