Not every game can be an open-world titan. Games traditionally have been linear with only so many actions the player could perform. I really don't see any problem with this.
Forgot to add that these games are proof-positive that this generation still has A LOT of life left and potential; there's no reason to rush next gen at all.
I don't have a problem with Halo. I think some of its fans tend to over-exaggerate the series is since the games range from great to good, but nothing as mind-bending as what they would have you believe. I've played the first three and enjoyed them; the first being the reason that prompted me to buy the original Xbox when everyone else was crapping on the Xbox. I don't own a 360 now but I'm hoping to get one again within the year.
Wow...totally different than the original DS. It's look like they're just going for a straight-up 3rd person, action/adventure type of game. Kinda sad.
Sweetness. I love this series. But I can't help but think Connor looks a bit out of place compared to the rest of clothing of the time period; he comes across a bit anachronistic-looking.
