My old PSP was a release one so it had pretty huge ghosting. New one doesnt seem as bad. The screen in the new one is also thiner so the backlight shines through a little brighter.
Yeah that aint vista's fault its the dinosaur of a PC your trying to game on. Chuck that thing on the junk heap and go invest some cash on something that works :)
