I forgot to say my choice but well if it's not obvious already I'm getting Reach I'm tired of shooting Russians, and Nazis. Hell if it's not Nazis, it's Russians. No Russians? Then it's Middle-Easterners. Not them either? Then it's Koreans. Maybe I'll finally pick up Splinter Cell as well at least then I'll be fighting against my own because they're traitorous bastards which makes it somewhat interesting.

That doesn't matter. You are not discussing popularity, you are discussing what started the FPSs and made them what they are today. Theres a big difference. Without Wolfenstein you wouldn't have your Halo or COD. I can tell you are quite young. Fact that the guys bringing up is Halo brought in a lot of mechanics that are used in FPS games today such as only having 2 weapons on you instead carrying a whole arsenal and regenerating health(shields, you know I mean). These changed the way people played, looked at and made FPS', Halo may not have been where they started but it definitely brought some change to them with CE and then continued on after wards most recently with Reach obviously and one example being Forgeworld
Halo's time has come. The end is here. You're right, they didnt improve much else beside graphics throughout the series, but they did make an incredibly groundbreaking game and although I am sad to see the franchise end, I am also happy. Something new and better will rise to take it's place. insanellama123
Halo isn't done yet, there's still plenty that could be mined from it or "milked" if you wanna put it that way. As long as there's a good story good gameplay and characters I'll be willing to buy it, the question though is: Who's Microsoft gonna have pick up the franchise after Reach?
in MW 2. The corner camping or the ridiculous use of the "noob tube"? For me honestly, I can deal more with campers than I can some no talent punk that does nothing but "tube" the whole game and gets 20 kills doing it! In fact, I get so annoyed by it that since I play hardcore TDM, if some guy owns me with a tube a ton of times in the previous match and he winds up on my team the next match, I TK him the whole next round until he leaves. Yes, its a jerk move, but people who do nothing but "noob tube" are pathetic! I really wish the Gnade Launcher was a perk and not simply an attachment.

The only thing I find more annoying would have to the people who always you a game invite to boost in a headshot party. Is the game that serious you need to boost to your tenth prestige and that's the other thing that annoys me: Everyone thinks that prestiging is the best thing to lose everything and start over for what? Another custom slot? Wow I'd rather have my Dragunov back from MW 1
I would but I'm military so most of my time will be spent being stuck in an exercise for release day and for that whole week, so I'll have to pick it up some time later. But when all that's done It's game time yea!!!!
Got mine pre-ordered, did that last month, I was gonna get the legendary edition because this is Bungie's swan song their last Halo but I had to drop down to the limited edition. Oh well still won't take away the awesomeness of the game.
