Gamefly is dumb for you but not for everyone. It's a cheaper alternative then buying every game you want.
You know what a cheaper alternative to Gamefly is? Piracy. Plus you don't even have to return the games!

I think the main reason people don't pirate more (yet) on consoles is because they can't play those games online or even be connected online. Plus they have to mod their system in some way and can get bricked by an update. Hopefully nobody figures out a way to get around being seen through Live or pirating will ramp up big time.
That argument is completely wrong. If people with pirated games can't play on Live, how come people have friends who have played Gears or Fallout on live?
Are you serious? 300 Pesos in Argentina is about 92USD. Around the same as many other countries. And not everyone pirates games, actually it's only in the public's eye when someone is playing a game that isn't out yet or something to that effect. You can't equate a pirated game to a lost sale because the fact is that not all of those people will buy the game.
