If you put a password on your login when you turn your Xbox360 on it automatically keeps you "Offline" and the only way to get online is to put in your password. I think your talking about a feature similar to an IM service (like Yahoo! Messenger) I'm sure that feature will be addressed in the upcoming months if a few more people voice their opinions.

My only complaint is that there are not alot of options to customize your avatar with. FNKYMNK

They are suppose to be coming out with new material every 2 weeks. So that should help with getting more options to choose from in the avatar customization section.

I was very impressed with the update. They will be adding new options (avatar clothing, features, themes, etc) every 2 weeks. It makes the overall gaming experience more fun, because now you can kind of put a face (and body) onto your gamertag besides just a 90 x 90 pixel picture. I also like the fact that it shows the cover of the game that person is playing and the multi-mic parties are fun too. It seems like they took some concepts from th Wii and PS3's Home and combined them into Vista. LOL

I'm sure they will. They already have the XBOX Live ARCADE game of side games. Can't recall teh name for the life of me though. It allows you to play pub games and you can transfer over your winnings when you purchase Fable 2 in 2 days.

It all depends on what you're into when you try to compare these two titles. Personally, I like the "Arcade-ish" style games so I will choose SR2 over GTIV. I'm glad to see I wasn't the only person who thought GTA lost that special touch (like they had in 3, VC & SA) I thought the city looked great but the storyline was dragged out and I too thought of it more as a chore to beat the game. The customization in SR2 goes beyond when trying to meet my needs for creating my character (sad I couldn't upload my original from SR1) and I know a lot of us like that part of gaming. Niko is not exactly eye candy when you put over 50 hours into a game. Plus, I know my wife would agree, the fact that you can create a female character is cool too. We can't forget about those gamer girls. Lastly, it seems like there is no way top beat a GTA game without using cheats, I like the fact that I was able to beat SR2 without using any cheats.

I found this thread by doing a Google search. Listen, I know this is a pretty old thread, but I have a similar problem. I just bought this game yesterday, in preparation for the upcoming Fable 2. I installed it last night and everything, graphics wise, looked crisp and clear. Now mind you I play Guild Wars online and everything looks great. Any ways, it kept freezing up in the very 5-10 minutes of the game. I can still hear sound, but my monitor then shuts off (green to yellow light). I can still hear the sound though and if I control-alt-delete and "blindly" close the program. The desktop reappears and the monitor comes back on (obviously). Two times I got an error because I had to reboot the computer improperly and it said I had a critical error in my graphics card and the Error Report recommended I do Windows Update (which I already did) or look up my driver on Dell for the latest update... which I already had. I know a few things about computers (security, etc) but not to knowledgeable when it comes to video cards. I have an ATI Radeon (something, 9800 I think, I'll update this post when I get home from work today). I always keep my Dell computer up-to-date. I'll also run a check (mentioned above) so you can see what I'm running it with. I just figured if I can run Guild Wars without a problem, I'd be able to run this game.

I appreciate any help with this and I'd like to thank all who reply in advance.
