Wow!!! With Shadow Liberty expansion being added here has now convinced me to re-purchase the digital game and try it out!! I think I will. Just hope rumors are true about it being much better now than at launch!!
As glad as I am about this show (hopefully it turns out ok) I would so much rather a new game be released. Regardless, I plan on watching it to see what it's about.
I disagree. i was much more of a fan of the RE2 type games and loved the original RE3 and RE code veronica. For me, RE4 (the original) was a huge step backwards and was the reason why we ended up with the terrible RE6. I think the slower more methodical inventory management and zombie type enemies worked better for the series. At least in my humble opinion. Don't get me wrong, I loved the RE4 Remake but still feel the RE2 Remake is superior in every way.
Totally agree. I absolutely love Hitman 3. My only wish is that they at least extend the availability to complete some Elusive Targets one more year. I was a late starter in the game and pretty much missed ALL the year one and half year 2 elusive targets. I wish they could make all playable one last time. But yeah, hitman 3 has me anxious for what comes after 007!!
Cool! Glad to see the show still getting some love. I know it hasn't been at top form these last few years, but still, the first 10 seasons had me and my fam hooked!! So I will always support whatever Walking Dead does!!
I love coming back and looking over this expanding list year to year. Although almost none of these games on this list were my personal picks (BESIDES Witcher 3 and Red Dead Redemption 2) for those particular years, it is still an awesome list. I am glad Gamespot continues to give access to it!
I despise the difficulty level FromSoftware stamps to their games but clearly this was probably the best choice for game of the year for 2022. I know I didnt have a lot of titles that I truly enjoyed in the whole year, but here is hoping 2023 will be better and by the looks of it, it will be. But good choice and great paragraph explaining the choice.
Sorry just my personal opinion but this list goes to show how shitty of a year 2022 was in terms of awesome games. sure there were some decent ones but most fell flat to ppls expectations such as Gotham Knights etc. I was sorely disappointed with the list of titles to even spend money on month after month this year. blame it on covid blame it on new generation of consoles upstarting, but this year was not great. 2023 on the other hand is already shaping up to be a massively more entertaining spectacle and i cant wait for em to start hitting the shelves!!
