Hmmm... Is 6 fair? Haven't played it, nor probably will, but the amount of streams of Gamespot staff playing this game and having a blast surely implies something other than a 6? Why keep broadcasting streams of a "fair" game???
A very fair and accurate article. It's easy to spread hate... What is needed is to look at it objectively - which is exactly what this article has done. Well said Michael.
Sorry to gripe... But another review without video review!! I'm not against reading... But I like to see how the game plays in real terms (not a trailer, etc) and much prefer video reviews - which Gamespot reviewers do so well. Not to compare, but it seems most recent reviews on Gamespot are non-video... IGN seem to manage it for just about everything.
@SaintsRowLA I'm not a fan of computer violence, nor politics... But as a creation and a game that is just lots of fun (surely, that's what we're about in the gaming community?) I can't think of anything that has topped GTA in terms of entertainment and sheer wonder in it's scale and polish. It's been given 10/10 for good reason on so many sites! In my opinion, GTA 5 is one of the most amazing games ever created. Ever. But, if you don't like my opinion, feel free to formulate your own :-)
Can someone explain why everyone hates Diablo 3? I'd never played Diablo 1 or 2 and lost SOOOO many hours to Diablo 3 it isn't even true! I know the online money market is fleecing us dry, but seriously - Diabloe 3 is an AMAZING game! Now I've discovered Starcraft 2, that is eating just as much of my time. Rather than hating on Blizzard, I'd go so far as to say they've reinvigorated my games playing, which was dying out with getting bored by CoD and the like.
