If working class jobs started at $20 an hour, people would think twice in going into college.

No, I think people who have no skills and don't prove themselves as a hard worker, should not get paid more then $10 an hour. If politicians were to make it so community colleges and trade schools to be affordable for people working at jobs below $10 an hour, then people would have the opportunity to make $20 an hour of doing a skill labor.
