[QUOTE="Ninja-Hippo"]He seems to think that anyone who fires upon a US soldier is a terrorist. Despite the fact that said soldier has invaded their nation. :?Mr_sprinklesso we invaded? thats not an excuse for fighting back...
It's not? If the Soviets paratroop into your backyard and landed divisions of tanks on your front lawn, wouldn't you feel compelled to fight back, despite their stated purposes of spreading freedom for you?
I think homosexuality is caused either by some kind of hormonal happenings in the womb (I think this has been scientifically researched) complications with parental structure and gender roles (dominant mother, passive father) or sexual contact with an older person of the same sex, i.e molestation during the youth. It most likely is an interplay of these factors.
How on earth could it be a "sin" if if it is something outside of the subjects individual control? A homosexual has as difficult a time diverting his impulses away from the same sex as a heterosexual has diverting his interest from the opposite. It could be said that something as seemingly unnatural as attraction to the same sex is something depraved, but who's to say sexual desire should have anything to do with morals if it is between consenting adults?
The ancient Greeks have contributed more to western society (and Christianity for that matter) than any other peoples in history, and they had an open and natural acceptance of homosexuality.
(P.S was going to write more but have something else to do... )
I am against snitching because I am against the concept of the law. Take this for example: you want to report this guy to the school, get him seriously messed up for selling something that essentially is not killing anyone, and mostly because you don't like the guy it sounds. He's not messing up anyone. He's not forcing joints down anyone's throat. People get messed up by caffiene, go picket some cola factory, or do those folks have better smiles?quiglythegreatYeah, besides its not like he's dropping dime bags of heron into these unsuspecting kids hands, its harmless pot.
and therefore the government gets more of our hard-earned money.huladog123
They don't get more of our hard earned money... they make our hard earned money.
Don't do that, let him ply his trade and let him deal with the conceqences on fates own accord.there's this kid named Jesse who's been distributing marijuana at school and i'm thinking about reporting him. The reason being he preys upon freshmen, which are his main customers, and turns them into fiends. This one innocent kid who lives on my street is now a total druggie, and that's not cool at all. Not to mention this Jesse is really sketchy, and I don't like the guy at all.
It just makes me mad how these dealers take advantage of people, but once you start messing up people I used to know, you cross the line.

Historically there have been many more male geniuses than female geniuses, but that does not necessarily imply a superiority of intelligence. Women have had their rights repressed for millennia after all, resulting in a stunted potential for female thinkers in the past.
that said, you don't have far too many famous female thinkers compared to male thinkers, at least from a historical figure perspective.
