Hi, Since I'm in the UK, the site automatically sends me to the uk.gamespot.com address whenever I visit a page on Gamespot. I was recently sent an email telling me my subscription payment is soon due, and that I would need to make sure my card details were correct. As they're not, I clicked on the link, which rerouted me to the home page (UK). I tried accessing the same via "Options"/"Account"/"Billing Information", same thing there. Typing in the address doesn't work either, so obviously the link is broken when being rerouted. I'd like to keep my subscription (now that On the Spot is back on a regular basis), but my status will be reverted as soon as they cannot take any payment from me, so does anyone know if this is a temporary problem? Any other way I can change details online? Cheers,
