Bioshock's open-ended worls and exploration felt like Metorid Prime. The health-pack B button felt like FEAR. You get a wrench, a la Half-life. Impressive A.I. just like in Halo. Great atmosphere like system shock 2.

Bioshock is many pieces to one pie. All the gold standards in one package. MP3 has similar elemets to Bioshock, as Bioshock has many elements to other games. I see no harm in comparing them.
