I'd have to say Modern Warfare 2, assuming that we weren't footing the bill, Night vision goggles anyone? But for pure game playing still Modern Warfare 2, just the normal edition. XD
I haven't played Oblivion, but for fallout 3, if your using a console I'd suggest the 360, but thats dependent upon how good your computer is, if you have an okay computer I'd use the 360 version, but if you have a good system, the mods that you can use with PC is the way to go.
