No, it's the worst story of all of them, because the game from the beginning tells what it is all about. There is no mystery. In AC Batman wrongly believes that the Joker is the bad guy behind the main plot be he isn't. I'll agree on crime investigation, but I'll say that the boss fight with Croc was truly uninspired. In AA there was a bit terror from fleeing from Croc but in this game he just seemed quite small and unthreatening. Heck, even the first meeting with Croc in AA is better than the whole of Origins. As it is, it seems to me that this game was kind of rushed, especially the huge city which is big and quite lifeless. Why does Batman get rid of the electroshock gloves when they help him so much? It takes all life out of the fights, making skill irrelevant as does the remote grapple.

@pedram_666 It is, it feels more like something fans would make as a tribute to the series.

@keech Yes, but remember that even Rocksteady can do a mediocre job with Batman. Just play the DLC.

Au contraire. It is the worst. It's big and feels uninspired, the writing and voice acting is poorer and the game even stupidly tells in the beginning what the plot is about.
