i dont think so you would need a save from another player on another console for them to load and join you i picture it being like saints row the third same type of thing 2 consoles its possible for local coop but extremely unlikely

can you be more specific like chapter or location or the weapon part name and try looking in your inventory you may already have it

its unlikely its a glitch when you dismantle a weapon upgrades are stored somewhere in the bench you can just rebuild the weapon and choose the upgrades they never disappear like you say

yes you get to keep the ammo and stasis and weapons and health explaining why it doesnt save after the credits is because if it does that it would load at the credits and you couldnt play anymore it would basicly be glitched it always saves on the previous chapter so you can make different decisions if you want its basicly out of courtesy
