I'm a big Penn State fan. Joe did everything he was required to do. He could of done more, to be sure, but he is not to blame. Why didn't the eye witness report it to the police, or the higher ups do something about it? Should Joe have done more? Yes. Do I think he deserves some blame? Yes. But he doesn't deserve 95 percent of the flak he is getting.
Overpopulation never has and never will be a problem on a global scale. It may be a problem in localized areas, but so long as our technology keeps advancing (mainly for energy purposes), we will be fine globally. Something does need to happen in Africa, though.
I'm a big Starcraft II follower. I also like watching MOBAs, but besides that I don't really like anything else. I would probably watch Quake if I had time to.
I don't normally like campaigns in RTSes, but I was absolutely hooked on Starcraft II's, it is simply brillant. WCIII's is quite good as well.
The carrot on a stick gear upgrade system keeps you hooked. Also, there are plenty of different weapons to try your hand at, each with a different play style. I just recently tried my hand at a switch axe and I love it after using a Lance as my main weapon. THe monster fights are amazing as well. You will get more than your money's worth, thats for sure, but prepared for a decent learning curve.
[QUOTE="Grodus5"][QUOTE="TheShadowLord07"]Speaking for the US, the government won't get involved with providing faster internet and the masses are more than content with slow as molasses internet. Or maybe they aren't content, but the companies don't want to go the extra mile to provide higher speeds. Capitalism, where you only have to be slightly better than the next best guy to get business. No, it has to do with the size of the countries. It's a lot cheaper and a lot faster to upgrade the infrastructure in tiny countries like Japan and South Korea than it is to upgrade the infrastructure for much of a continent like you have to do in the case of the US. As a result, telecoms in small countries can upgrade on a whim, but in the US telecoms have to invest a ton of money, take the better part of a decade building, and of course before doing any of that they first have to ask if upgrading is even worth it ("will this be completely antiquated by the time we finish?") Although granted in some cases the US's slow speeds are due to telecoms just not wanting to do anything, such as the dark fiber network in the US that's more or less a complete fiber optic network that was created in the late 90s but then scuttled literally at the last second when the large telecoms bought up the smaller ones who built the network and then decided they didn't want to be bothered with it. Coincidentally, said network is the exact same one Google is commandeering for their new ISP service. Darn you and your logic :P. I can see why companies wouldn't build up in the relatively unpopulated areas of say the midwest, but the Eastern Seaboard is packed with people. California as well. Infrastructural work there should pay off in dividends with the right marketing, or so I would assume. I'm no business major.no offense but how are these countries have a so much faster broband then the UK or even in the US?

Andromeda Strain, right? Never read the book, but saw the the TV two part series thing. Darn, another book to add to my "to-read list."
On topic, that would suck. I wouldn't be able to play Skyrim, Skyward Sword, or Diablo III.
