The challenge is that Kratos only feels one emotion (did you know he's pissed off?) and the games have no real plot at all, despite their attempts at ripping off a few scenes from Gladiator. Solid gameplay doesn't translate to a movie theater, and that is the only thing this franchise has going for it.

Because introducing an aribitrary and unncessary dependency isn't a big deal. Seriously, screw this guy. This was a fantastic PS4 advertisement though.

I don't care what console it is for, just make a good game for the first time this decade. Just bring in competent staff that realize the story is more important than graphics that require 6+ year development cycles.

Dear everyone on earth: If you are going to play video games for days and days on end please ensure that you stay hydrated and eat food that has some shred of nutritional value. Also be sure to go to the bathroom regularly, and if you feel yourself starting to fall asleep then send a text message to a buddy (just so someone knows there is an outside chance you could die in your sleep) and just let yourself dose off. You can grind even faster after a nap, and if you do a good job of not picking up a case of 'the death' during your gaming marathon you can play again some other day.
