Basically, How close is too close?

Other civs regularly get annoyed if you dig up one of "their" dig sites, and will demand that you stop doing it.

Since the game doesn't tell you that you have broken a proimise until after you do so, I want to try and find out how to tell if they will have claimed a dig site before I dig.

I assume any Expedition site within 3 squares of one of their cities is going to count even if the city border hasn't expanded out to it, but does anyone know how much further out their claims extend?

i selected "Season Mode" in NBA 2K14.

So far, I think Keystone of Trials drop rate is 100% for T6 and maybe 25% for T1. Is there any empirical data that confirms? Are T1 and level 70 required?

these were changed in a hotfix on Sept 3, 2014:

The drop rate for Key of Trials has been significantly increased (9/3)

My new guess, based on a few dozen runs, is 75% at T1 and 5% more per difficulty, but I'd still like to know approximate rates.

The legendary flail Inviolable Faith casts Consecration under all my allies too.

If my allies and I are standing close together, so that the Consecration casts overlaps:

1. Will each receive bonus healing or just the normal amount from 1 cast?
2. For the Frozen Ground rune, will enemies be slowed beyond 60%?
3. For the Frozen Ground rune, will enemies have multiple chances to be frozen?
4. For the Shattered Ground rune, will enemies take additional fire damage?

Diablo - 3, With the addition of brawling in 1.07, its now possible for players to fight each other, and thus the dodge attribute of some classes (i.e. DH and Monk) now becomes a major factor in some matches in melee vs melee fights. Its not immediately obvious which skills can't be dodged (for example, rend can't be dodged but hammer of the ancients can). What other attack skills from the melee classes can't be dodged?
