It will be tough if you don't have powerfull junctioned magic. To be honest, I played FFVIII the first time straight forward and when I fought Seifer the battle was easy. Adel, on the other hand, was impossible to me. I had to read a guide to discover that there are two islands with hidden draw points and also high level mosnters (not a problem if you have no-encounter ability from Diablos). However, to go there before Adel you need your disc 3 last save to be able to exit Pandora. If not, well... good luck:)

Well, i'm no expert in that issue. However I do know by experience that simply sending e-mail doesn't do any good, you would just be ignored. Any attempt to contact them should be as formal as possible, so that you give them a good reason to read your e-mail instead of the other hundreds they have in the mailbox. A petition would be a way to start. Also, if the person who first contacts them is someone with a name in the gaming marketing, press or industry would be most helpful.

Sorry, I don't know anything else

I don't mind a love story here and there. I liked the Final Fantasy VIII in particular, because Squall was a heartless bastard in the beginning:p

And the passion of the Prince (of Persia) to Farah in the end of Two Thrones was priceless also! I bet you all noticed how he tried to hit on her with that time-travelling story again lol:D

Personally, I find 2D games more fun than most recent 3D games! People like them because they usually have more action and less "strategy time", as to say you don't have to stop and review your steps or think about what to do next. 3D is more realistic and gamers have to deal with the realism of thinking before dying, like avoiding certain enemies and or find a clue in an enormous world around you.

In 2D, usually the character moves straight forward smashing anything that crosses our way. Associate that with the adenalin of the moment and you spend a few hours of fun, as games should be. Not to mention the controls problem that several times drain your patience way:evil:

Of course, it depends on the gamer perspective and the expectation towards a game, but I guess the "fun" part of 2D games doesn't let anyone down.

At first MMOs are big news for those who never played them: the idea of upgrading a character over and over again until you reach perfection is addicting. And you can get it with just a click... repeated over hours and days and months and so on. Also, team-based games are also atractive due to the team work and the time you spend playing with your friends. The problem is that a person eventually gets bored with that system and moves on to another atractive online game, just to find out that in the end the objective still remains the same: clicking and winning.

There is nothing wrong with you. It's just that you have seen it and done it all:P

Eternal Darkness, Pious Augustus to the Dark Guardian: "I am not your food today, I am your Master" - love because I recently finished a Master degree after going through hell:twisted:

But my favorite, from prince of Persia:

Elika: I didn't catch your name

Prince: That's because I didn't give it to you

hahaha:P

Perhaps companies are attempting to reproduce the success of Counter Strike?:roll:that was a very addictive game. Never played it because I saw how my friends kept skipping class for that. Brrrr, I can imagine my parents knowing I skipped classes for that:shock:

Let's be honest, games are evolving to be more graphically advanced and less argumentative. In the end we have spectacular visual games and crappy stories, ruining all the fun:|. So, in my point of view:

Assassin's Creed: Overrated, very good graphics but repetitive gameplay and story, although the genetic memory concept is pleasing to sci-fi fans.

Oblivion: Main story line too short.

texasgoldrush

The story was quite good for assassin's creed...the problem with the game is that you had too much health at the end of the game and it was tough to die.

Quite true what you say. Assassin's Creed story as well as concept were innovative. Perhaps what I missed in it was the length of gameplay, challenge and variety of settings found in other games. The idea of making open-ending games is also another thing I don't appreciate, as recently repeated in Prince of Persia. But that's just my opinion:D
