same old boring 10 hit combos.XenoNinja

Nobody uses 10-hits in high level play. They dont work against skilled players. They're basically just used to show off against beginners.

i prefer the crazyness of SSX tricky akif22

Yeah, some of the level designs in that game are amazing. It has the best level designs of any SSX game so far imo.

I find it kind of pathetic that they call themselves the world champions, it may be the "best" league in the world but I doubt it. In basketball The US got its butt kicked by the Argentinians minos30

US beat Argentina in last years Fiba Championship.:| Greece is the team that beat the US. And you act like only americans play in the NBA when they have players from many different countries all over the world. Thats like any basketball players dream, to play in the NBA.

[QUOTE="AdolescentDon"]If the 360 version comes out and has Online MP then the Cows will be seriously owned.Monkboon

Well yeah because then they'd have to admit DOA4 was always superior.

More sales does not equal a better game. Just compare the sales of 50 cents Bulletproof vs the sales of Ico for proof, Monk....

And Okami... I dought their will be a Okami 2 since the first one sold so poorly. Its a shame really.

Ive been reading nothing but positive previews for Ninja Gaiden Sigma so far. It should keep me busy until NG2 finally comes out. Who knows when that will be though. Hopefully no later than Q4, 2008.

I would have too say Kobe BryantMOM-D

Kobe Bryant is a great player and all but I dont like how he gives up on plays sometimes. When I was watching the Lakers vs Heat game and Wade stripped the ball from Kobe a couple of times and then Kobe would just stand there and stare at the Ref while Wade went in transition for the easy score. Or when I watched the Lakers vs. Cavs game last Sunday and Kobe bricked a shot and there was still a few seconds left on the clock before halftime and again he just stood there while the guy he was suppose to be guarding ran in transition and got a pass for the easy dunk to end the half.

Wow. Way to draw out GS's shills all in one place.

Now this thread will be preserved for ownage later when Crackdown breaks sales records.

wooopz

Who here is saying it won't break sales records? most people know it will sell well because it comes with a Halo 3 beta invite.

you guys act like every copy of crackdown comes with halo 3 beta, i highly doubt it, from what i heard just will be the initial shipment, so if it sells very well it wont be all halo's doing

That sounds like bad news to me if what you're saying is true. I know I'd feal like I got robbed if I was one of the unlucky ones that didn't get the Halo3 beta.

Sometimes great games have horrible sales and sometimes bad games sell really well. Sales dont always determine wether a game is good or bad. I haven't played Crackdown so I cant comment on it. But as someone else already mentioned, it will probably sell well regardless of wether its good or bad because of the Halo 3 Beta.

GS is actually a Pro Sony site. I hope people are taking note.

BTW some of its owners roam around pretending to be fans. They're all PS lovers.

Anyway it doesn't matter. GS is a drop in the ocean. The other scores place this game high 8.5-9.

GS just looks bad and is going to look worse when user scores total 2 or 3 points above the review (and/or when this game proves a hit in terms of sales).

XtinctionAgenda

Okay so its a Sony site when a xbox games scores low, and when a game like Gears of Wars scores the higgest and gets the GOTY on GS, its considered what ?

It's always been a Sony site. That's the only explanation possible for the ridiculous Tekken/VF PS2 scores and dem are old time scores.

I've been trying to tell lemmings not to get complacent... the 360 hype was genuine... that's why it couldn't be stopped, but the PS3 counter attacks are all bogus and concocted, just like this score.

Lemmings should brace themselves for more mindless bogus from GS.

GS isn't the only place that gave Virtua Fighter 4 and Tekken 5 great scores.. IGN gave them around the same score as well. Perhaps they're just really good games and it has nothing to do with being "pro sony".

This doesn't really surprise me. Japanese would rather play it in the arcades. And in the west, the arcade scene obviously isn't what it used to be so a lot of people nowadays want online play. So im not sure how well it will sell outside of Japan. Im still getting this game regardless.
