Snake in prime would most certainly win if you look at his feats in MGS1 most of his most amazing feats were done with his body, not gadgets. As for batman, he's cool but he doesnt stand a chance, he mostly fights highly insane mutants and and not highly "Trained and experience" military mutants so theres a big difference. Oh and lets not forget batman is not a ninja, thats junk that was thrown in to make him cool again in his recent incarnations.
