I used to play Mechwarrior on PC and mechassault on xbox when it first came out , and I really love Mech/sim type of games ..does anyone know if there are going to be any mech titles coming to PS3 anytime soon ?
if your connected wireless and are using a Lynksis router you might have this problem , I had the same exact problem and I had to re configure my router to get my PS3 to stay connected..I also had a problem where if my ps3 was connected my laptop wouldnt connect at all...basiaclly I did some research and found out the Linksys wireless was the problem..there is a way around it though , you dont have to get buy a new router.
Thanks for the replies , I think im just gonna go to the store and exchange it . I only have 1 other question what happens to the Super Puzzle Fighter game I downloaded , do i lose it if i get a new console , or can I redownload it for free ?
Clean your game discs and then quit putting your dirty fingers on the bottom (readable side). You're like the billionth person that has posted this. The PS3 doesn't freeze, it can't read dirty discs. patriots7672
Actually my discs are perfectly clean , not only that but i just bought the games ..there are no smudges or fingerprints on them.The console not only freezez , but I have to actually restart the system from the console itself ..the controller doesnt respond either.
I just bought my PS3 a few days ago brand new , from a local ToysRUS , and I ve been having a problem where the console freezez up during game play pretty occasionally. Does anyone else have this problem ?
I just picked it up a couple of days ago , and I gotta say its worth about $30 bucks in my opinion , but not any more then that . Also , the fact that I gotta pay another 12bucks just to get some addons for the game doesnt really motivate me to get the extra stuff...besides that the game isn't too bad ... Although there is a lot left to be desired though from a game that is on a next-gen system.
I been waiting forever for this game to have a price drop. Its almost a year old what gives?
Edit: The reason I don't want to pay full price is because the game is very short, like maybe done with it in a weekend. I don't want to rent it because I can see myself playing this again after I finish it.

I agree , I dont know how they expect to sell games at $60 a pop when the whole country is in pain from high gas prices , and high food prices
