Lapso... Saints Row 2 or Crackdown both have very good non-FPS co-op. Saints Row 2 is just awesome. [QUOTE="Dr_Henry"]

I'm thinking about trading in my Battlefield: Bad Company (Gold), Star Wars TFU and Tenchu Z but I don't know what to get, COD5 or Fifa09 (I'm leaning towards Fifa) as the other I can get for Christmas along with GOW2.

It is mainly to play online with friends, was a big fan of NHL09's online sports play.

In regards to those concerned by my "3 hour gameplay" post.

That is just what I HEARD from someone. It doesn't mean it is true, although it could be.

Basically, with 10 levels, it is around 18 minutes per level. For a game in which the level is running from A to B with no real need to stop, it is not looking unlikely to be 3-4 hours. I'd hope for it not to be though, although the creators could have shortened the game to stop it being repetitive?

I heard that the single player was only really around 3 hours long (there are about 10 levels + prologue) so I'm debating between buying it or just renting for a week (I'm not to bothered about the online... time-trial ghosts aren't my thing especially when there will be some bright spark who tops the leaderboard with a time of 0:00 by gltching).

[QUOTE="sonj"]Geez sometimes I get stuck in an all British match in COD4 talk about **** talk. Those guys bash America to hell and back. I could not even get a word in.Thomasdeleo
Your right about that, but I do have some friends from the UK and they are some of the nicest dudes.

About time someone realised :)

What irritates me, more than trash-talk about my country or other countries etc. is the stereotyping. Not all Americans are fat and stupid. Not all British people sit around drinking tea and eating crumpets with the queen.

Of course, Germans on XBL are fair game :D

Call of Duty 4 should be a staple addition to any game list. There is an offline mode that, if you play it and nothing else for the entire week offline, I doubt you will finish the hardest difficulty.

The online is great too.

Personally, with over 300 games, I'd have expected a higher gamerscore. I've probably played no more than 20 games on my box and probably finished more of them than you did.

Not really a good/bad thing to have played that many games. Your life, you can do what you want. Did you buy them all? I hope not.

A Vietname game would be great. There are some major issues though.

America making a War Game about a War that they LOST? Not a chance.

Airstrikes? What - Napalm/Agent Orange upon the battlefield? Yeah... that wont cause any problems.

Guerilla Warfare... this isn't the type of war that really goes along with the COD 1 team vs. 1 team on a battle area style. Historially, there weren't any major battles to replicate outside of the Tet Offensive, so are we likely to see a game where you are part of a US troop in the jungle against people that you will never see, while still die from. Great game.
