Well, in my opinion. With effective education on the subject, which I beleive is being taught, there will be a sgnificant cut in the number of smokers, or atleast the number that take it up.[QUOTE="FireCracker146"][QUOTE="British_Azimio"]This is far from the last generation of smokers.MrGeezer
Come on, dude, kids sniff paint because they want to get high, and that's before they've ever even had the OPPORTUNITY to try out any of the "real" drugs that adults get ****ed up on.
For Christ's sake, dude, freaking MONKEYS in the jungle lick poisonous millipedes because the poison gets the monkeys ****ed up.
Being high feels good. Even chimps love cigarettes. And chimps are even LESS intelligent than first graders.
My point being, if freaking monkeys and children find ways to get high before they are ever even exposed to beer and pot and tobacco, what in the hell makes you think that tobacco is gonna be illegal? People want to get high, and tobacco gives a very specific high that neither pot nor booze nor crack can replace. It is a specific drug for people who want a specific type of high, and there will ALWAYS be a demand for it.
If I were a smart man, thogh, here's what I would be doing. I'd be working on developing a drug that FEELS like smoking (and can be smoked) without all of the negative side effects. If you could make a drug that feels just like you're smoking tobacco, and DOESN'T give you cancer or emphysema, and you can price that product to compete with actual tobacco, you're gonna be a VERY rich man.
Prozack?
