I'd have to say that Dissidia Final Fantasy would have my vote as the best storyline in a PSP game, although that's purely because I have so few games for the system it's hard to say outright what the best game to get would be were you looking for the game which most people thought had the best story. The story behind it can be a little muddled at times, as the chronology is hard to fathom, but there's no denying that Square have created yet another twist on the traditional tale of good versus evil. Another game I've played that has a decent story is Littlebigplanet: sure it's a little weak in a lot of places, but the sheer originality, and amount of unorthodox creativity piled into this game is insane; how a little sack person can so influence the world around him by solving puzzles and inventing things. Add to this narration by Stephen Fry, and your problems with the length and depth of the story become a thing of the past. On the flip-side of the coin however, there are games like Invizimals. Sure it's a great concept, utilising the PSP camera in new and exciting ways; to essentially bring Pokemon to an environment that children will recognise: their own house. But with all great concepts, there come flaws. In other words, the story is awful, and occasionally frustrating, although Brian Blessed does a good job of lightening the mood just when you're starting to get annoyed. You're using your PSP for scientific research purposes, and you're one of a selected group of people who know about the existence of Invizimals: invisible animals that only appear when you run a certain program on your PSP to track them down. What ensues is an epic mission to discover new types of Invizimals, whilst hiding their existence from some sort of evil syndicate that insist on using the energy the Invizimals produce for their own selfish desires. Decent, yet incredibly cheesy, and occasionally just annoying.

I love achievements, I am actually literally obsessed. I often spend ages trying to get achievements, and I love the random ones which make you do stupid things that you would never actually do under other circumstances. In Lego Batman, you have to do 20 back-flips in a row with Robin. Why would you do that unless you had a reason? I love starting a game I've never played before, and then seeing how many achievements I can unlock before I have to switch my xbox off. I can never resist the urge to check an achievement as soon as it unlocks. I'm in the middle of a boss fight and I unlock an achievement, I will almost immediately press that glowing green button to see what I did. I did that once in Guitar Hero III by accident. I was halfway through a song, and a note streak achievement popped up, so my hand flew to the button before I even knew what I was doing, so when I started again I missed a note and mucked up my streak. I'm so obsessive, I actually haven't played on my xbox in a while, but I think I need help :P

I think this is a great idea, and besides, Microsoft stole the whole mii avatar thing, so I suppose it's just like getting something in return for giving something. Microsoft took the miis, so Nintendo takes the achievements, only they wouldn't be achievements they would be stars. Anyway, what wiidominance is saying about building upon what you steal is good. They created xbox avatars ages ago, but what good did they do until now, when they're finally bringing out new things for the avatars BUTthey cost you Microsoft points, which makes this whole idea of Nintendo stars seem all the cleverer.
