@Grim_DIcer: it really isn't different year to year. My last card was an ASUS 7970 3GB. Those new 1080TI is better.. more FPS etc.. but the returns on hardware is getting lesser and lesser every year. Like when I went from a Nvidia 7800gtx 256mb to a gtx295 difference was huge. Then to the 7970 was better bit really not that different. Then from 7970 to the 1080ti better fps, bit nicer. But nothing like jump years ago..So minimal the increases now
@openmind23: sounds good to me. Hope the upgrade is worth it as the next thing for me will the PS5. So if there are new cards I'm sure do my will want to power up.
I think people need to get a grip. This isn't a card to upgrade your 1080ti. This is for people looking to buy a new card who have old cards.
So if you're going to upgrade from a card that is average now, the 2080ti is the way to go. If you've got a 1080 or 1080ti, i wouldn't even look at these. Which is sort of the point. Nvidia don't want to kill their own cards.
I must say, I'm over the manufacturer not planning properly with the software developer. What will happen with this ray tracing feature.. nothing will use it properly, then in 2 years when you've finished all the games they will release patches so you "can replay all your old games" with Ray tracing .woohoo. They need to do this properly so when people spend the money they get the results.
@jonnybrownieboy: agree ghosts was the worst one of them all, by far. I remember playing it as a launch on my original xbox one. It was like the 360 graphics never got updated.. Crap to look at. The extra few were pretty awesome though
I would buy this on switch and xbox one x. I always love infinity ward versions the best. WWII was decent but more solid than amazing. Personally loved the Kevin spacey, John Snow titles. Advanced warfare was sick.
@ps4aa: I have such a strong response for you. But you clearly don't know actual history. So I'm not going to bother. Muslims arent even top 5 ugly people in the last 100 years. Russians, Irish, Germans, to name a few.
Muslims did this as a retaliation. Look at what the UDF and Ira used to do to primary schools kids with bombs. Pure white people. The worst.
One of the best games last year. For me this is a top 20 all time. Excellent game. The movie scenes are are incredible. Graphics are top notch. I enjoyed this game as much, albeit in a different way, as BTW, Horizon. BTW and horizon is a 10 for me, Wolfenstein 2 is a 9.5. Excellent game.. All the people disappointed.. Don't get it. But hey it's just opinions like my own!
