I rarely agree with censorship but, with Mexico being what it is right now, a game called "The Cartel" with subject matter typical to a COJ game, I can almost agree.
Crysis 2 didn't have DX11 access on the leak, most option in the game were locked at medium/DX9, Etc.

I watched a youtube video showing crysis 2 PC on high. The guy claimed you can unlock high settings editing the config etc. The video was convincing it looked better then the other crysis videos. As for metro 2033 i think crysis 2 will put it in its place. Modded crysis looked better.
Crysis 1 was locked at High(DX9)/Very High (DX10). You could edit config to get better graphics. Doesn't mean the term 'locked' isn't accurate.
who said activision was falling and who said they were the top publisher, if you havent noticed nintendo is actually the top publisher and developer so good luck with that one ,
