Recently there was a lighting storm in my city and my house was hit. It tripped the surge protector that my Ps3 is pluged in to however the T.V. was not on a protector. Now whenever I turn my Ps3 on I can hear it come on but there is no picture. Is it possible the video card got fried through the A/v cable pluged into the T.V. that got zapped cuz Idk and if so how would i go about getting it fixed?

I've been thinking the same thing for years. What ever happened tothe old-school way of gaming? Over the top storys, unrealistic weapons, hidden upgrades,impossable puzzles that took an hours to solve. All the things that made classic games addictive.With PSN out I have been playing Super metroid on the wii and it still kicks the s*** out of games for NEWER systems. Its like game designers forgot their roots or something???

and as much as I love the multiplayer.. story mode is just a little too boring and way too linear for me. Were there any PS3 games you guys've played where the single player was just underwhelming?

Although the up-date they're going to make all ofus do could remove the autolog-in optionfrom the system settings i don't thing thats on their list of worries just thinkof all the money their losing with justPNS being out.
