Horrible horrible HORRIBLE.

There has to be a fix to this.

I am getting an email response whenever someone makes a comment in a news thread I posted in, regardless if it was a reply to something I said, or if it was just a general response. You can imagine the clusterfudge my inbox was when I had to deal with a small comment I made during the CoD: Ghosts running @ 720p. Yes, every response since then ran to my inbox... 1000+.

Thanks Gamespot. I turned off EVERY notification possible, prior to that and it still happened regardless. Never happened before this stupid website update.

I'm proud of the Kinect that I bought, and I haven't looked back. I was a little apprehensive at first, but when I saw it demo'd at Best Buy, it was there that I had to test it out. Kinect Adventures was the first game that they had playing, and it wasn't the GREATEST, but it was interesting. It didn't feel that right, didn't quite feel 1:1.

It wasn't until they had Kinect Sports that I was 100% convinced that I had to get Kinect (although I really had it set aside that I was going to get it long ago pending a decent review from critics). Once I tried out that bowling, I was hooked (no pun intended).

Once I tried Kinect Adventures at home, however, I noticed it was much better, the 1:1 ratio was much better. I don't care for that space bubble pop, but the rest of the events are really fun, and ALL the events in Kinect Sports are great.

Once I showed it to my family & friends, I now have my buddy who bought my old system just so he can buy a Kinect for his kid... and my nephews both want a Kinect of their own, so the Kinect kind of sells itself! :D

Hey, every time I visit this site, I always get this box:

"The server 67.18.37.16 at There's always another secret. requires a username and password.

Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection)."

I only started to see this within the past month or two. I don't understand why.
I ran a nslookup and it traced to
Name: 10.25.1243.static.theplanet.com
Address: 67.18.37.16
.............................................................

This happens at my home connection as well as my work connection. Exact same IP Address that requires a username & password, but why? What username, what password? I am already logged in. I cancel, and all is okay, but the box is obnoxious, because when I try to anything it always comes up. It can't be a billing issue, and I never changed anything in terms of my own billing or personal account information, so I don't understand what's going on.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.
