Hey, there's a detective game that is out..or coming out on Xbox One and it's already on PC, what is the name of it? I forgot. Something about seven stories and you have to figure out who is the killer.

One character is a blind guy.

In 10 years we should have fully switched to SOC designed PC's where everything, CPU cores, GPU circutry, memory etc will be interconnected on the same die. Granted for a hardware geek like myself i'd still want to use discrete components. As even if they create a chip will all components on die and it can be replaced with a better SOC, i would rather still have the ability to replace individual components.

We are already seeing the beginning of this with APU's and the stedily increasing processing power of integrated components.

All I can say is I'm hoping that RockStar will consider putting a new GTA on the 3DS & Wii/WiiU. It would be nice if they put the GTA 3 10th annivarsary on the 3DS.

But we probably be lucky enough if Nintendo put the older GTA games (2 on GBC & 1 for GBA) on the Virtual Console.

It would be cool with the Wii U as the screen could open up some cool possiblites. It could even be possible GTA V will come to Wii U as they have not announced any platforms the game will be on not even in the trailer. Granted, rockstar tends to avoid Nintendo home consoles, but i think it mainly because they haven't had the power to handle the game engines they use. But the Wii U should be strong enough for a new GTA game.

[QUOTE="El_Zo1212o"]I'd rather see a Just Cause game on 3DS than a GTA, but that's neither here nor there. To whoever said Vita's got a larger fanbase: keep dreaming. Nintendo's always had the lion's share of the handheld pie, and that isn't going to change on account of Sony. They proved with the PSP that hardware isn't everything, or even most of it.bonesawisready5

Sony has a larger ''hardcore'' fanbase i'd argue, the DS line always has the bigger share because it appeals to a wider demographic. Moms would rather buy the handheld with Mario on it than Resistance or Uncharted. Sales have little to do with whether a handheld is good or not though.

If Resistance 3 is any indication that "hardcore" fanbase isn't very good about buying a lot of copies of games

Well sure, it doesn't appeal to the most people like Mario does, the ''hardcore'' gaming market always tends to sell less. A lot of people don't know Resistance,Twisted Metal or even Kid Icarus and Luigis Mansion. This is what Nintendo does a better job with, they have games that are able to appeal to both sides of the fence, everbody knows and enjoys Donky Kong, Mario, Zelda, Metroid. The large majority of games pushed out by Sony are unknown to a lot of people besides those who really play games as a hobby.

[QUOTE="bonesawisready5"]

The stylus could easily mimick the aiming reticule and it could do it well. It could be like the pointer controls on the Wii (Bully, Godfather, etc) I think the folks at Rockstar are talented enough to make it work wellbonesawisready5

That only works sufficently for first person games, but with GTA you'd have to use the buttons as well so it wouldn't work well, as you'd have to constantly move your hand to manupulate the camera with the stylus as well as try to steal a car or take cover with the buttons, it wouldn't work as smoothly as the Vita. Since the 3DS is not as powerful as the vita, the world would be quiet limited and not as detailed as you could get on the Vita as well. That's just the truth, i have both system but i can't lie to myself in saying that the 3DS would work well or even better then a GTA on the Vita as that in itself is a lie. The 3DS just doesn't have the power or controls to really put a full fledge third person GTA game on it. I think even Rockstar understands this.

The PSP, Xbox and PS2 handled GTA just fine and the 3DS is on par or far above those (like having 4 times the amount of RAM found in PSP/PS2, and double that of a Xbox)

Well they could make a smaller scaled GTA on the 3DS with lower qualiy textures and smaller polygon count. But i wouldn't wanting them wasting their time with that when we could get a lot more out of the more beefer handheld. We all want a GTA on out favorite system, so i understand why you want a GTA on your platfrom of choice. But i still couldn't imagine it, i beileve Rockstar would just do what they did with the DS and PSP where at most they'll bring a top down GTA to the DS and the PSP gets the bigger scaled games because of it's power and control scheme. GTA is still one series that i can never see fully going to a Nintendo handheld unless they beef up both the systems power and usability.

I could be wrong though and they might even be working on 3DS GTA right now which would be awesome, and i would enjoy it as well. But i personally think it's just people lying to themselves because they so despritly love their platform of choice that they can't stand the fact that it's just not as flexable as the competition when it comes to this partiular games.
